Our approach is based on teaching and learning.  The client and the design team benefit from open dialogue that encourages questions and seeks to develop realistic shared expectations.  The more everyone knows, the more likely a project is to be successful.  

We are strongly committed to the proposition that appropriate design is good design.  Further, we would stress that good design need not be expensive or elaborate.  To the contrary, restraint and economy can sometimes be among the designer's most powerful tools.
