The Franks Design Group, PC was retained by Mills County Iowa to act as a Consulting Project Manager and Owner's Representative for the development of a proposed new County Law Enforcement Center. This facility would house County Jail and Sheriff Administrative Office functions. Working with an Independent Citizens' Committee a variety of options and solutions were investigated, developed, and evaluated. Recommendations were made to the County Board of Supervisors and the the project is now in proceeding into more advanced design development.
